mcServices uses Madison County School's Google domain and Active Directory domain to authenticate user accounts. mcServices stores a limited record of each account that signs into the service. Account permissions are based off permissions assigned in Active Directory and are updated upon each sign in attempt. mcServices only reads account information from Google and Active Directory, it does not write account information back to these repositories.

Welcome to mcServices! This site provides many services for staff of Madison County Schools, but please note that usage of this site is subject to your agreement with these Terms of Service. This document describes those terms, so please review them with care.
We may periodically update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in offered services or changes to the current products. Please review the Terms of Service from time to time to keep up-to-date with the usage agreement.

In summary, those terms which you must agree to as detailed in the AUP form that you have signed are:

I further understand that violation of the regulations is unethical and may constitute a criminal offense. Should I commit any violation, my access privileges may be revoked and disciplinary action and/or legal action may be taken.
User generated content

All user generated content must follow District Internet and electronic policy and cannot include any content normally restricted from the District's use. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of profanity, abusive langauge, graphically explicit material, or any content that goes against CIPA law.

Trying to circumvent or edit these permissions is cause for your account being blocked from using this site. If you believe you should have a permission that is currently not granted, please contact your site's TRM and/or submit a Technology Request.
