Account information
mcServices uses Madison County School's Google domain and Active Directory domain to authenticate user accounts. mcServices stores a limited record of each account that signs into the service. Account permissions are based off permissions assigned in Active Directory and are updated upon each sign in attempt. mcServices only reads account information from Google and Active Directory, it does not write account information back to these repositories.
Employee information that is stored
mcServices stores the following account information when you sign into the site: your account email, first name, and last name
Your Madison County employee ID is optionally stored. You also have the option to store a phone number for contact purposes.
mcServices does NOT store any account passwords.
Email usage
mcServices may send notification emails to you based on your product settings. All of these emails are optional, for example, when submitting a Technology Request, you have the option to receive email notifications.

Welcome to mcServices! This site provides many services for staff of Madison County Schools, but please note that usage of this site is subject to your agreement with these Terms of Service. This document describes those terms, so please review them with care.
We may periodically update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in offered services or changes to the current products. Please review the Terms of Service from time to time to keep up-to-date with the usage agreement.
User rules
Usage of mcServices is first and foremost contingent on your agreeing to the Madison County Schools Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for technology resources. The same terms and conditions presented in the AUP apply to mcServices. This means that in order to use mcServices, you must have a signed AUP on file. In summary, those terms which you must agree to as detailed in the AUP form that you have signed are:
As a user of the District network, I hereby agree to comply with the District's Internet and electronic mail rules and to communicate over the network in a responsible manner while abiding by all relevant laws and restrictions. I further understand that violation of the regulations is unethical and may constitute a criminal offense. Should I commit any violation, my access privileges may be revoked and disciplinary action and/or legal action may be taken.
User generated content
You may have the ability to generate content on this site. User generated content is defined as text (comments, form posts, etc), images, or any other uploaded files. All user generated content must follow District Internet and electronic policy and cannot include any content normally restricted from the District's use. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of profanity, abusive langauge, graphically explicit material, or any content that goes against CIPA law.
mcServices permissions
Your permissions to use the various products and features contained within mcServices are assigned based on your Madison County Schools Active Directory account. Trying to circumvent or edit these permissions is cause for your account being blocked from using this site. If you believe you should have a permission that is currently not granted, please contact your site's TRM and/or submit a Technology Request.
